5 chicken thighs
olive oil
Thyme, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt, Pepper
5 potatoes
5 carrots
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Handful of parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
90 g sweet chili sauce
80 grams of honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Could you have just used the pan drippings to cook the potatoes and carrots after you pre fried the chicken thighs? There is Lot of flavour left behind in that pan when you took our that chicken.

Just finished eating, it was very good and I will make it again. Honestly I wondered how these flavors of Chillisauce and Potatoes/Carrots would come together but surprisingly good. Also I did not fry the vegetables in fresh oil/butter because I was lazy but will try next time. Thank you for this wonderful recipe, sonnige Grüße aus San Diego!
