RECIPE:
1/2 cabbage.
Baking bag.
1 red bell pepper.
2 zucchini.
1 carrot.
1 yellow bell pepper.
1 green apple.
2 potatoes.
Olive oil 30 ml.
Salt. Black pepper.
Red bell pepper.
Thyme.
2 garlic.
Pour the aromatic oil into the vegetables.
Tie the bag and mix everything thoroughly.
Cook in the oven for 1 hour at 180 °C (350 °F).
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2-3 tablespoons.
