We'll see in this video, Novotel Luxembourg Centre. A very modern and clean hotel, well located for the meetings I had. The staff is friendly and the check-in/check-out was done in no time. Accor wants to top other hotels on sustainability objectives and sustainability management, and lead on sustainability. Well, there is some improvement to be done :
1. paper cups are made available (for tea/coffee in the room and in the bathroom for the toothbrush), but no mugs. These paper cups just generate waste. They should be replaced by mugs / glasses.
2. The breakfast is fantastic yet there could be more local products. The eggs for breakfast were marked with
3. standing for cage farming! So I skipped the egg. Here again is it not difficult to change provision and get organic & local/regional eggs. There is a little more to do and some improvements to be done to offer a great stay.
