November Days at the Baltic Sea - Palanga, Nida, & Klaipeda!
Last week I headed to Klaipeda, Palanga, and Nida for a long weekend in Lithuania. It was absolutely magical to see the Baltic Sea raging in the November weather and also to see Nida in the sunshine!

Wow Klaipeda and NIDA and Palanga. in every weather and November is interesting and exciting!!!! Palanga bridge what waves of Baltic sea and the wind!!!Yea:D I love smoked fish in NIDA!!! Delicious taste!!! Im jealous want also smoked fish from NIDA :) Yummy!!!
How The Roop would say OHMYGODABLE!:D
Palanga is nice. I spent 5 days last summer there and re-discovered the town again. I always miss big (botanical) park the most. In summer with concerts in Palanga, movie nights and many paths to walk around it is quite an attractive place to spend a few days of vacation.
"Pelted By Hail, But In a Fun Way! - Eternal Expat I'd buy that t-shirt!! LOL!! Awww, it looks like a cozy, romantic weekend getaway for sure!!
I am glad you are so optimistic
Nice choice visiting the sea towns, but if you wanna see the sea (heh sea) from a less populated angle, theres always Olando kepurė, a coastline with tall hill type formations, theres a great obseration deck, wich can have some really nice shots taken from angles.
so nice to watch your videos while living abroad. They're always so warm and positive, making me feel like I'm visiting home. Realised now I miss Lithuanian autumn. more videos like this please :)
Greatings from Biržai 🤝👌, perfect video 📸 .
It is like walking in a magical dream in Palanga at 5:18.
In Lithuania umbrella in autumn, winter & spring is a must if you're walking outside.
Awesome!!! Like most Lithuanians, I only go to Nida in the summer. i would like to go when you just look at the dunes in peace .. later in klaipeda drink a glass of good beer ... ech Awesome video ...
No such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes 😉 Good to see you enjoying our beautiful country 🇱🇹❤️

@@Bad_Artist_ feel free, I picked it up along the way and found it a useful mantra when out running in sub zero temperatures or on a day at the seaside in the rain 🙏

@@tomassinkevicius541 no you’re right I’ve never seen a hurricane and doubt if I would have any clothes left on in them conditions 🤣
I love your videos, i will be sad when you leave Lithuania :(
Usually when people go to Palanga they visid the world famous Museum of Amber.
Welcome back to Klaipėda Laura :) even during the bad and sunny weather , you did enjoy it travelling around Klaipėda , Palanga and Nida , in all of this three locations the view was absolutely amazing :) , especially by the water while the sun was going low , it was amazing to watch your cold , warm adventure around this lovely country :) can't wait to see your new adventures around Lithuania , anyways thank you very much for a nice and warm video , i'll see you in your videos , take care, bye :)
Your eyes and smile literally kidnap me :)) gosh! Keep it up xD
wow, these are some beautiful shots at the beach 😍
Palanga is my hometown and I was wondering if you will visit it one day. If you get a cold and snowy winter in Lithuania this year, try to go to Palanga then and visit the Botanical Park. It looks so magical when it is covered in snow!
it breaks my heart every time I'm reminded what they did to Basanavičiaus street. those ugly yellow street lights...

Matter of taste

@@antanassmitas3003 yes. Good taste. Bad taste. In this situation it is objectively in bad taste zone.
Amazing that they still sell fish even not many tourists around. I like that Vero café too in Palanga. Why don't you try those hourly rental cars ? Can save time and better in bad weather.
I do lots of hiking across the dunes of Cape Cod Massachusetts. The Couronian Spit has so many similarities!

It really does! I went there a lot as a kid, reminds me so much of the cape.
Wow, what a nice video! Been to Palanga many times but never in winter. Thanks for documenting this!❤❤❤
by the way, in Palnga church you can climb to the belfry for free, at the very top
You are very restless and anventurous (ij a good way). Even Lithuanians don't travel to Nida or Palanga in November (unless they live near by). And you do Travel disregarding the weather🙂 Well done, thank you for the video.
I had a really bad case of Klapeda a few years ago. Still haven't fully recovered.
warm up with cold pint 😂😂 I would freeze instantly. Tea or hot chocolate is a survival thing here :)

You should visit Palanga in summer
Glad you had some good weather there as well.

Amazing how you mispronounce the name of every city you go to!

I have to disagree. Laura really makes an effort and pronounces them pretty well.
