The impact of the Novant Health Michael Jordan Family Medical Clinics is hard to measure with numbers and data. Thanks to two patients who are sharing their stories, Bret and Sharelle, we have a true sense of how these clinics are improving, touching, and even saving, lives in the Charlotte, North Carolina community.
