Probably because Bruno didn't make a meal of it, because if he went down VAR would have taken it a lot more seriously. Felipe needs to buy Bruno a 6-pack for saving him a red card and a 3 match ban in the league.

Learn the offside law. The player that Varane blocked was going to have zero influence on Casemiro as he was behind Casemiro at the time the ball came in.

Okay time to debunk this nonsense. In the Chelsea vs Liverpool game the ball would have been in the Chelsea player's path if he hadn't been blocked off. Whereas in this case the ball bounced twice in front of Casemiro before the header so there's no way that Forest player was getting to it even if Varane wasn't there.
