So, who are these "bad guys" and have they been identified and questioned by the FBI ? What seems odd is if she was determined to kill herself, why go to such a remote location where Gators are...where after she shoots herself Gators could then feed on her? Typically, a woman would cringe at the idea of that...being mangled that way! You call 911 to tell them where your family can find your body knowing Gators are there and could make it impossible for your body to be identified at all...Nope !!!

Hi - I hope this comment can be seen and read by News Nation. 2 years ago my dad committed suicide on Christmas Eve.. he went deep into the woods and shot himself (twice I might add). Before heading out to his final resting spot, he drove thru Burger King and ate lunch, stopped and got a small amount of liquor and even backed his car in a parking spot as he always does but this time near the woods... Walked deep in the woods, took his hat and glasses off and pulled the trigger. I've learned, people do strange things before this act. You can't think for everyone. My uncle who is a retired Battalion Chief Fire Fighter, on the scene of many scenes, said the same, people do strange things before killing themselves.

According to him, she initially went in the opposite direction where there were too many people. He said she then turned around to walk in the other direction in an area marked for park rangers only. She spoke to him when they passed each other. He said she smiled, and was friendly. IDK why other podcasters/investigators have not interviewed this person. I've heard no mention of this in the news. What has had me boggled, is if she needed gas, why didn't she pay for it while she was paying for the drink?? I've watched the video from different angles and what I noticed is after she used the porta potty and got into her car, there was a white car that pulled in front of hers and sat there. She started to pull away then hesitated and made a sharp, awkward turn to pull in to get gas as a second thought. As she pulled out the white car left. It might not be anything, but at this point looking for any clues to what may have happened as it's clear she didn't do this. I agree with the point, even if she was about to off herself, why wade in that mess filled with gators, snakes, etc? What ever happened to the couple in a kayak the fisherman initially said that he saw? Has anyone looked into the fact that JP's lawyer friend has a lot of land that backs up to the state park, who is also an AI expert? Or "Operation Tarnished Badge" regarding the corruption in Robeson Co? Or the high crime in that park and many women who die there mostly labeled suicide? So many things pointing to it looking like she was lured there and her life taken from her.

Yeah this whole thing stinks . Now JP's lawyer lives right across the lake right does he have a boat? Did he drop her off thereafter they shot her? She wade there with a bullet in her head .Did the lawyer call her and coaxed her into a meeting about assets from the divorce proceedings? And that truck that's JPs Truck at the convenience store stalking like a vulture that he is, and the white car was at the pawn shop and convenience store they were following her and the guy in the pawn shop definitely has everything to do with this. Are some of the police on JP's payroll? Because it's the people that are working the case not the police they only joined in when everybody started to complain about where the hell they were, and why they didn't do a thorough investigation this kind of stuff it's happening all over the United States States . The South though is just unbelievable it's like it eats people. No offense South just the law system is out of control

Good stuff! So they are going to be able to track the route of her car using her phone pinging towers, maybe even GPS because I think she told 911 she turned it on. Start from the gas station where she was seen alone, and see if there was any point between there where she could be taken. My theory is she was lured to that lake. Maybe promises of incrimination info on JP for her divorce, something that would make her go out there to meet someone. Same as your theory in that regard. As you say the Lawyer lives out there, he is waiting for her? Trap is sprung, murder ensues? 2 different white cars. One at Pawn shop was a Nissan. One at Gas station that pulled up and sat there suspiciously was a Mercedes Benz. That Mercedes interests me greatly. They are cooked imo. Only a matter of time. Thanks to everyone who got this trending and put in the spotlight. Phone records, GPS tracking, on all the players and cameras in so many places to somewhat track vehicles... I don't care what they are saying about not a suspect, this case is getting worked and JP and his lawyer are included in that. I truly believe we will see JP frog marched by law enforcement in shackles before too long.

@NewsNation Wait… the gas station was “out of the way”? Meaning she had to turn off the route to the park to get there like perhaps she wasn’t planning on going there? Or that there weren’t any other gas stations so she didn’t have a choice. That’s important! It suggests she actually was going somewhere else…but she was dressed for work..

I’ve traveled the same route many times going to Myrtle Beach, SC from Raleigh, NC and have stopped at that same store multiple times. I think Apple Maps and Google Maps took me in this route even though I heard there are faster ways. Personally, I think she was going to see someone towards my area in NC but someone caused her to take another route towards that park. There are non-denominational ministries connected between Myrtle Beach and Greenville/Raleigh that I’m involved with. I wouldn’t be surprised if Mica was going to meet someone that was a part of a certain ministry and possibly looking into moving to eastern NC. I genuinely believe she wanted a fresh start away from Myrtle Beach that was also really active in ministry so the triangle area of NC was a prime spot with opportunity. It’s also got her FAR away from JP. Actually, I may have to meet Mica and JP through ministry related events. They looked familiar when I saw this sad news on FB.

I’d think if lured by him, #1 he would not have made this correspondence via means that could be traced- text, phone call, mailed letter… it would have to be via a note given to her not traceable. In one of her home ring cam videos, she’s looking at something on the ground at her front door. JP also went inside her residence after her death…was it to retrieve this note or item? #2. IF she knew she was going to have a meet-up with him somewhere it makes sense she would go buy the gun she had been wanting to get for protection at that time, before meeting with him. Maybe she felt over confident the gun would keep her safe. #3. The $500 found in her backpack .. sus that was the exact amount she was suspected of ‘’stealing’’ from a church fund. Was it PLANTED on her to make it appear like guilt, or did she bring it there for a secret meeting to finish business? Did he use that issue to lure her? I can’t imagine if she bought a gun to protect herself for this meeting that it wasn’t anything but SUPER important to finish up..for her own sake. (Meaning, she would not go to a meeting with him unless she absolutely had to for her own sake-or maybe even the same for a loved one of hers.). She even said to her family, ‘’if I end up dead, it was JP’’. Sounds like she knew she was in danger. There may be a lot more we don’t know about them and what their inner dealings are like.

Somebody was concerned about DNA evidence possibly being on the body (hence dumping body in water), and slowing people down from finding/retrieving it imo. Look, just saying it as I see it, but she was a vain person (that doesn't make her a bad person. Just she thought she looked good and was an amazing person). You can tell it in her photos and performances at church, and even stories people tell. She liked to be the center of attention etc. No way she wants to blow a hole in her head or have her body and face all messed up in a nasty swamp with bugs, reptiles, and fish eating at her for hours.. IMO She would be more of a pills kind of person. Maybe wrists in a bathtub.

It doesn't get more compelling than that. She most likely staged it herself. You all need to let this womans memory rest in peace. Stop stigmatizing mental illness, awareness is obviously crucial. 💖🫒

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's likely a duck!!!! Way too many things dont make sense around Mica's death. Not to mention, someone loyal to JP was an expert in AI?!!!! I wish the whole 911 call was released.

The whole suicide 911 operator call was strange but I can’t imagine how someone could get her to call like that and declare she’s going to kill herself

And why would they want cops rushing there, when they were that deep in the woods with a better chance of getting away? I can see the family having some problems accepting it, but people who never knew her should realize how little sense it makes to think someone else killed her.

They gave her an option so that her family could indeed find her or not. Under those circumstances most would agree to call. I'm still confused if she did it or not.
