Me too! Bought them as an impulse buy cuz I needed a new semi-open earbud and they look really nice!

The quality of the microphones 🤯

Right on review. I bought the first Nothing buds (black) and they are a total pain. Lost Bluetooth connection about every 30 seconds. A well known issue, even by the Company. Bought the 2nd release (white) because they said they fixed the connectivity issue. Better but not even close to $100 ear buds. And with the volume issue on custom EQ (both of them had that issue) I wouldn't spend the money on these. The Company is more interested in "the look" than the sound.

The $100 price on these is $30 for the actual buds and $70 for the hype.😜

New to the channel! Thanks for the review, I just ordered mine. I've been on a quest to find good open ear buds to compliment the other headphones/buds I have. Galaxy Buds live and Sony linkbuds were a miss for me unfortunately due to the fit on both. Hoping these are the ones, the design definitely won me over enough to make up for the lack of some features.

I struggle with buds that go into my ear canal and blocks out sound - creates issues after a few hours with pain and triggers over production of sweat/ear wax…and sharp pain after the first day. I have ears that have smaller ear canals and flat out small outer ears. This creates an issue with earbuds staying in my ears. Nothing more annoying than ear buds falling out 10 times while shopping at Costco.

Is that a nothing case in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

Great review. :) I don't know. Comparing them to the Galaxy Buds Live isn't really a good sign. I'm generally not a fan of open ear earbuds, and from what I hear you saying, you can't adjust the EQ to compensate for the loss of bass without a loss of volume. And to be honest, for $99, I would expect wireless charging at this point. That, combined with the lack of ANC, make this a hard sell for me at $99.

This is definitely going to be the case for people that can wear silicone eartips. It's a great option for those that can't though

I'm suprised that the nothing ear sticks does not have ldac and the sound peats are $50 and has sony ldac bluetooth codec and android 8.0 has ldac built into the operating system so any current android devices already support ldac even though it's proprietary but is compatible with any android device. Ldac codec is usually found on more expensive bluetooth earbuds like from one more and qualcomm aptx lossless audio is only supported on 2 devices, the asus zenfone 9 and asus rog 6 but both phones already have a headphone jack.

@@PSYCHOV3N0M I have the sony xperia 1 iv phone, I tried both apt x hd, aac and ldac offers the best sound quality. I use a the fiio fa1 iem and sennheiser hd 600 for my sony phone since my phone has a headphone jack. Asus and sony removed the headphone jack on some of there older phones and brought it back on there newer phones. I got the sony wf-1000xm4 as a bundle when I pre-ordered the sony xperia 1 iv from best buy and the phone was the same price with and without the sony bluetooth earbuds.

IMO not worth. My experience: Was looking for new earbuds as my old airpod 2 battery do not last more than an hour anymore. Not a fan of in ear/ANC, and heard/read a lot of good reviews on nothing stick sound and comfortability so decided to give them a try. Sound quality: NOT GOOD, instantly could tell sound quality was worse than my 5 year old airpods. Voices did not sound clear and overall audio echoey/grainy. Also earbud was quite large and was not very comfortable. Customer service: BAD! Tried to find where to return on website, but you instead have to send an email to their customer support. They then tell you there will be a 15 $ return fee which is never mentioned when purchased and is difficult to find on their website! Overall experience: Nothing seems like a shady business that relies on their flashy designs more than their sound quality and customer experience. When explained for reason of return was sound quality, their response was basically if the sound engineer does not find anything wrong with the device you will be charged 15 $ still. If I am not satisfied with their product why should I still have to pay ? At least make it clear when purchasing on the website there will basically be a 15% return fee? The difficult return process has left a sour taste in my mouth and will not purchase any more products from this company. My recommendation: Just wait for airpods 2 to go on sale again. I will be purchasing them again. Battery life was great for first 3 years. Comfortability perfect for me, and sound quality, basically perfect for me. Nice and clear
