Like the Apostle Paul, Walter Veith had to *re-learn* so many things from the evolutionary thinking he had been inundated with in his youth. Paul himself had many, many Scriptures that he had interpreted in the framework of the teachers of the Law-the Pharisees. Devoid of the Spirit of truth and love-like the book of Isaiah states in chapter 60, “2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.” With that in mind, Walter interpreted the ‘book of nature’ as Ellen White calls it through a evolutionist, survival-of-the-fittest Darwinian model. Much of his learning had to be re-interpreted through a Designer, creationist model that connects the dots into one whole as God's Law as the design protocols for life itself.

Like I said it would be very difficult for Walter to be a professor now because he speaks plainly and speaks exactly how it is observable not with philosophy speculation or theories

@@brianholloway1451 I merely said that both Apostle Paul and Walter had much un-learning and re-learning they had to do. So much of the Pharisees of Christ's day were focused on ritual rather than on the reality unto the ritual points. I fear much of Christianity has fallen under that snare.

brother, you are fortunate to have health. praise God! this type of thing is cumulative and you might consider where you want to be when you are much older. the science on this is fr many sources, not just Ellen White. as well, based on what you have said I would guess you have generational demons or you have bought into a culture that does not serve your best interests. the very idea that you are obsessed w this kind of gratification is not a good sign. blessing to you.

It has been found that most of Ellen White,s SP doctrine, s have been from other research notes from other people's work its been said about 90% of her work mixed with other research info.....most research on all these foods mentioned have been out there for years...before Ellen showed up on the seen......but commerce always comes before our health for the love of money

worse, for me, even though I enjoy Ellen's writings (just started "The Desire of Ages" , she has an obelisk on her gravesite! that is surprising. All we need is a Bible (I prefer Geneval Bible) and pray direct to God and recognize the importance of Christ as Salvation from our fallen state. This is very disingenuous of Walter. He's clearly placing Ellen higher than God who gives us a land flowing with milk and honey, who commanded his priests to eat meat, who told Peter not to call that which he had cleansed unclean, who must increase while John the Baptist decreases. What's the point of this manipulation if not for covering up the blunders of a prophet who calls meat eating an evil when God calls the same thing good? Gen 9:3 KJV Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

God told Noah that all grain and animals were for eating.........the Jews were under the Law and had to follow the Law for discipline reasons only........but the new testament allows all food in moderation.

Dear Roger, Everyone who wants to obey God is under God's Law. If the police stop you for speeding, but you plead and they let you go without a fine, you are "under grace", but that does not mean you can take off and speed again. The Law is still there and you need to obey it. We still need to be disciplined, because we are still sinners. Regarding the foods, all food cannot be allowed, because we are the temple of God and no unclean things should be found there. God gave us some clean animals and some unclean. Where in the Bible can you see that God has made clean that which was declared by Him as unclean? God does not contradict himself, He is perfect. God bless.
