This is phenomenal. The reason is not the video (sorry to demean your hard work) but the little similarity between the genius and me (not bragging) is noting down every detail (such as meetings notes nonofficial discussions having learning potential) people's observations, perceptions about things. I worked, as an engineer, with more than 9 Cos but I am still maintaining an excel list of what is learned there, relevant or nonrelevant, technical or non-technical, I just noted it down as learning for no reason. Sometimes, I felt overwhelmed with info (as everything is available on the Net), And sometimes found it useless, but continue to record everything I saw, heard, and observed for no reason. I don't know when I could change this knowledge to wisdom and bring something fruitful to the World around me. Thanks though for the video and learning...regards Suresh
