When I was a kid, decorating the tree was a family affair. They weren’t the perfect of trees but I still have the memories. Every year my mom would say, this is the best tree yet. ❤

Had to pause it midway during decorating the Christmas tree to share my thought about being a mother. Everyone besides Kim was wearing a festive outfit, and Kim was the one to take a family photo of everyone decorating the tree. Everyone besides herself. Mothers do so much to make sure everyone is involved and happy that so often we forget about ourselves. You're a great mum Kim. Keep up the fun spirit but do remember to look after yourself ❤

I love that everyone is having fun decorating the tree. I remember as a kid sometime in late summer or early fall they would always play the Wizard of Oz on TV, our family would pop popcorn and and watch it together.

The fact that your entire family is in the room and engaged in this time of decorating, complete with festive wear, dancing, talking, and Christmas tunes. It’s pure joy and memories made. Pinterest who? 😅

I love everything! When my husband and i first started out we were in a tiny apartment and could only get the tiniest tree. Weve since kept it and every year we choose an ornament to add to it that sums up the year. That tiby cheep little tree is easily my favorite Christmas decoration

I anxiously await your videos to drop! Thank you for making my day bright. My hubby and I have a tradition, after littles went to bed on Xmas eve and Santa had arrived we sat down with a bottle of champagne and enjoy the moment. Now they are grown and no assembly required, we still carry on this tradition!

Our traditions have changed over the years as the kiddos got older and moved out to start their own with their families. We do the Saran Wrap ball ( always good for a lot of laughs), we do a Christmas brunch, we do a Christmas piniata for the little grandkids. I LOVE THe Christmas CHronicles ,we watch it every year! I also make the same punch every year and it's so simple but everyone loves it. A large jug of fruit punch. a bottle of ginger ale, a bag of frozen mixed berries and lots of ice!

This is my first Christmas in my own home with my boyfriend and it’s a tiny studio. We decorated 2 weeks ago and we love it! It’s so fun to have our own decor and to make my home how I want it for the holidays. It’s also so fun seeing all the decor we have and imagining us still using those pieces in 10 years in a bigger home with our kids

Pastry chef here! Key to chocolate melts is small increments of heat and THOROUGHLY mixing in between! Like 30, 30, then 10 seconds at a time from there. Mix for longer than you even think because sometimes the heat is enough to melt the rest of the chocolate without overheating. If it is too hot, it also becomes too thick and seizes up. The chocolate should be warmed, not hot! Sometimes if it’s too hot, adding some unmelted chocolate can bring it back. But it is a pain in the you know what for sure! Sometimes adding coconut oil or a neutral oil, I like coconut bc its hard at room temp… can help with consistency! Hope this helps
