Well-though video as always ❤ I have an idea for a next video: a capsule wardrobe that allows for tonal outfits in several colors (for example, 2 neutrals and 2 statement colors). I try to build this kind of capsule myself, but it's hard to understand how many pieces to include

@@kcloveonaleash My summer capsule is very similar: navy, white, and flax, with pops of raspberry pink and royal blue. The shoes are brown leather, beige/tan canvas, or raspberry-colored pointy flats.

I’m amazed by how you combine color in your outfits! Everything seamlessly just works and the combinations are unique and fresh. It’s also extremely helpful when you show different outfits with the same pieces next to each other. Even showing us how the scarf adds s9mething to the outfit was helpful. Thank you!

I’ve been watching a lot of your videos of late as I have a wardrobe full of clothes but like many, feel like I have nothing interesting to wear. Your play of colours, not just white.black and beige is interesting. Going to give it a go, but have to say I’m getting out of my comfort zone. Highlight of the montage is at 7, when the breeze makes your COS jumpsuit move. Amazing on you. You could pull this jumpsuit off as a black tie wear, with right accessories and footwear.

Thanks Ellena, your way of presenting ideas is so clear and easy to follow! your style, Modern Classic, isn't mine, but I still gain so much -- because the principles are universal. Just one point about the jumpsuit: its not possible to wear these jumpsuit example outfits out of the house -- as we have to disrobe down to our undies to use the bathroom! no way is anyone going to take off the over-layered garments and try to hang them safely in a public cubicle. This is why jumpsuits in practice are quite limited; they are a stand-alone piece. However, in your examples, if the jumpsuit were a dress, no problem! I already have a navy modal dress very like your jumpsuit, and I am excited to style it as you have done.

I am a similar colouring to you and have some of these items in my wardrobe already: a burnt orange shirt, loose long linen mix white shirt, striped tank tops- so I’m going to use this as inspiration to make some new outfits. I’m very much about sustainability, so I won’t be buying anything unless I can find a similar item in a thrift shop - but using these ideas. I wonder if blue and white fine stripe trousers would work instead of white? I don’t wear white trousers ( I’m such a messy pup!) but probably limited use as I can’t wear with a stripe tank or tee shirt. Though I do have some green pull on trousers I thrifted last week. I downloaded the capsule wardrobe sheet - but was a bit disappointed it didn’t have the clothes you were wearing above - that would have been useful to follow as I love all of these outfits in the video! Interesting video! Thanks! Make more! :) My capsel wardrobe idea are floral pattern dress, majolika pattern dress, chroshet dress, 2 bikini, straw bag , white bag and an another bright colour bag, some bijous, leather white sandals, and a colourful one. And of course sporty shorts, and sleeveless top. Halter dress or top must have piece, Floral/ tropical pattern light flowy trousers. Puff sleeves, ruffles, and an extra one is ankara dress?;) Big no no for blasers and shits they re too masculine and dont fit everyone. I do love colours and i like in ur videos the colour advices and the accessories. We need more accessories idea videos and sandals ideas too!

I have let my hair go gray and now it is a silver. My clothing has to complement my new hair color. Everything in my wardrobe still looks good except for some warm tone colors. I have to change my make up and some of my clothing to match my new hair color, I don’t know if I will keep it silver but I may. Thank you for all your help.

Darts and knits are both good ideas. Sometimes the fabric needed to cover a bust flares out or hangs out over the waist. Then you just look like a box. Imagine her orange kimono top with seams or darts that make the garment skim her body more like a well-fitted blouse and you’ll get the idea. Or wear garment that have a really good drape so that your waist doesn’t get lost. Hope this makes sense.

Layering over a jumpsuit…..lol till wet. All the rest….very nice.

Bathroom use seems an issue for jumpsuit
