The only thing Meggy didn't go through that Mario always goes is getting hurt all the time, especially getting hurt from all his friends. I'm positive if Meggy started getting hurt as much as Mario then she would've given up a little sooner.

Agreed. Mario is constantly pulling off his limbs or ridiculously getting decapitated, yet somehow surviving. Doubt Meggy would survive that at all. Edit: I just remembered that Meggy got her arm eaten in the Diet video, but she ended up bringing him to the hospital soon afterward, so maybe she got a transplant there as well.

I think what will help cement this episode as important to Mario and Meggy’s friendship is that they both learn a lesson at the end of the episode, rather than the two just brushing it off as normal. That really speaks to me that Kevin and Luke want these two to be close friends again, after some of the backlash from fans saying that Mario and Meggy’s friendship seems to have deteriorated somewhat since the Revelations arc. I really like this episode, because it actually makes the characters grow and learn.

Not just Mario's friendship with Meggy, but with the entire cast. Things really went downhill for SMG4 when he made of Mario was the last man on earth.

Hey I'm mentioning dis because of nostalgia but u I recommend 2 watch an old minecraft series called wild adventures or also to kill a youtuber by Steven septic a.k.a mlghwant, under machinama realm brand Though He deleted everything he had created so u might have 2 watch it on uploads from other channels
