I've just came up with some more accurate names: Overseas Educational Television (OET), International Broadcasting Service (IBS), Nationwide Global Television (NGT), Global Broadcasting Service (GBS), Worldwide Public Television (WPT), Satellite National Broadcasting Service (SNBS), Direct National Television (DNT), Overseas National Broadcasting Service (ONBS), United Educational Television (UET), American Regional Broadcasting Service (ARBS). but not National Overdose Television (NOT) and Public Restroom Service (PRS), they are the worst name in this video, just scroll through the comment section, they were posting mean comments about this video.
