The society and the culture is pressing you not to expose your vulnerability. It is a tabu'. Let many more come out to speak about the depression. You need a plenty of courage to show your vulnerability. Depression has to be taken seriously and ine should not keep it under the carpet because you fear the society or there are false myths around this topic amongst the people.
