One thing I love about Kendrick is that he’s bringing elements of real hip-hop back into play. Real hip-hop consisted of educating yourself, listening to the lyrics over and over so you could become a student of the game. I hope that Kendrick inspires people to dig deeper into the art they put out because hip-hop has been so surface-level for so long that it has lost its depth.

I read somewhere that while Kendrick was rapping in the hallway, it made him late for class. Because hes in a class of his own. Thats why he was looking interested in the beginning, when he first sat down. Then after the girl passed him the bible, he git in trouble again, thats why we see him dancing in the corner. It made sense to me 🤷🏾‍♀️

People keep glossing over Tommy the Clown, but he's in this video for a reason. His dancers perform Hop outs at children's birthday parties. My daughters watch Tsquad all the time and I've never seen one of the dancers ever. Also, Lil L (Kendrick's friend) said they have pictures of the daughter at her birthday party. Pay attention to... 1. Nvy (The first dancer moving out of the way and revealing someone). 2. Later Tommy blows the whistle and moves out of the way revealing the same person. 3. Look who dances on the lyrics "Lil Baby help you get your lingo up" 4. Kendrick waves and smiles at the end in the same setting. Idk I could be reaching....

The towel around Kendrick’s hat says FINE…finished in Latin.. and Kendrick was the only one in the dancers school in all white He also represents the “ghost” like Bruce Willis did in the movie The Sixth Sense…and the kid with the Bible was the only one who saw him. Dave Free also wore a wife beater when he was shaking Kendrick’s hand. The white containers with the dancers show how the culture was being stolen and shipped away from Compton. Notice the resemblance between the structure of the Compton Courthouse and the structure set up of the shipping containers. Kendrick and Free are unpacking the containers bringing the culture back home, including DRosen. Kendrick and Whitney’s children are running from the fan. His son has a basketball and his daughter has on a pure white dress. Kendrick is alluding to Drake’s son Adonis and Drake’s phantom daughter. Also the way Kendrick dancing with the crowd toward the direction of that big ELEVATOR sign arrow. It seems like it may lead to the rabbit hole? Anyway some other perspectives to add! Great video!

Whitney dancing was so significant because goofy people kept saying that Kendrick was going after Drake because he was biracial, and then the same goofy people talked about Whitney being biracial. Whitney C-walking (or B-walking. Seen it called both and am not from the cali culture to tell them apart), proved Kendricks point that it doesnt matter your racial background, if you grew up in the culture, you ARE always apart of the culture. Whitney grew up in the culture and that alone is how she's not the same as Drake. Mama's footwork was CLEAN 👏🏾🫡

My thing is Drake sent a ceast and assist letter for like that we know that because metro released the email that wasn't half as bad as this. I think the whole world would understand if he sent one for this song no matter what people had to say if I knew I wasn't a pedo I would have had to take legal action. Even though Drake started the mud slinging nobody other than Drake fans believe Kendrick beat Whitney. So why hasn't he had his lawyers put a stop to this song the whole entire world including the kids are calling you a pedo 😳

  • @realjnolan

Drake didn't personally send a cease & desist letter, but him & Metro Boomin are on the same label so they basically sent a letter saying the song wasn't cleared for radio airplay to try and stifle it. Drake could try and get Lucian Grange to send a cease & desist letter to Interscope, but it wouldn't help him in any way. If anything, he'd better send his retirement papers in from rapping along with it.

Dave Free and Kendrick have been best friends since 9th grade. Dave Free is the reason Kendrick got signed to TDE by playing Kendrick’s mixtape while working on Top Dawg’s computer. People are so lazy during this internet era and love to be “spoon fed” gossip and lies over truth. It’s amazing how so many people really believed Drake’s lies. If you lie on Kendrick’s woman and his people, Drake gets everything he deserves. So many people attacked Whitney for Drake’s lies. He really does hate women. People just don’t want to see it because they are “fanned out.” This is his history. God protects Kendrick! We don’t do “spirit gods” over here. Leave that for Drake.

Whooping feet means that you beat somebody up so bad they come out of their shoes. It's on Google their slang. I'm from east Oakland we didn't say that so I had to look it up myself. So I'm guessing mopping feet is the same

From GQ: "a crisp white Willy Chavarria track jacket, matching below-the-knee shorts by British design duo Stefan Cooke, hiked-up white tube socks, and white Chuck Taylor lows, with a sporty scarf by the British designer Martine Rose knotted around his usual blue Dodgers cap."

Hmm. It could be 'Feet' OR..... It could be, ''Feat''. Meaning: A specialised skill. An act or accomplishment of great courage, skill, or imagination; an achievement. ''I get off and mop feat'' This could mean, he gets off on annihilating his opponents using Great Courage, Imagination and his Specialised lyrical Skills. AKA a Lyrical Assassin 🐱‍👤 LOL🤷🏾‍♀

Not necessarily, the US doesn't have right of blood citizenship. In order to get dual citizenship his dad would need to have at least partial( possibly needs full) custody and file for it prior to drake's 18th birthday, if I'm remembering correctly( not a lawyer). Which may have happened, but it is not automatic or guaranteed.
