    this is really real! feels like you are talking to a friend and being really honest. great advice :) In my experience, I think it’s really hard to learn balance until you burn yourself out first and realize how long it takes to get back to normal.

    I really needed this video, I was supposed to go the gym and get ripped during the summer but things didn't go as planned because of my moderation, so thanks for the video Niko it really did help

    Haha of course. I do think the “summer shred” sucks because the focus is a short term cut which means you’ll gain the weight back and feel bad about yourself later. I think the better option is to follow a more consistent long term goal

    I believe balance is needed, but not in the sense that we need evil but rather in good. Moderation is balance. Eating, entertainment(sports) but jn moderation.
