@@BEST09 You didn't. According to the DMV's website "A flashing red light has the same meaning as a STOP sign.". There was no stop at 0:20, at best that was a yield.

In Ny they would make it parallel parking for less spots instead of vertical parking for no reason.

Over here we call it angle parking. Vertical parking would save more room, but the car is hard to get out of with one bumper facing the sky
