I'm a financial coordinator at a dental clinic. I'm the person who shows the patients how much these procedures are going to cost on paper and how their insurance isn't going to cover anything other than the x-rays and maybe a portion of any remaining teeth that needs to be removed. It breaks my heart and kills me a little inside every time a patient is completely hopeless in their ability to afford these treatments. Nor if they are unable to qualify to finance them. I wish I had the money to help everyone who needs these procedures or at least give all them the chance to finace them at low affordable rates. I wish I could grant everyone like my patients to be able to chew their food of choice and smile with confidence.

What a beautiful story, wow. It is never too late to start living life the way YOU want to live it. I hear pessimism all the time when they hear you saying that you want to do something positive, “Why”? “Who cares”, “It doesn’t matter”, “Oh well, it is what it is”. This is a perfect example of how your life matters, and you should want to be healthy at any age of your life. I have Stage IV Metastatic Bone Cancer, and I have had massive chronic teeth issues. Sometimes I think that I got Cancer because of my teeth issues that I left untreated for so many years. I finally got some caps to fix a few of my front teeth, but I want a brand new smile before I leave this earth. I am in CT and I have already started looking around over here. I love watching beautiful and inspiring people such as her. So happy she is happy, and smiling, and eating sea food. 🙏. Remember everyone…..it’s never too late. Let’s all follow her example. Thank you for this video. It inspired me even more to go after my dream of having a beautiful smile. 💖

Insurances need to change there mindset. If a person can't chew there food properly, they don't eat. It a person can't smile because of no teeth, failing teeth or dentures that don't fit, there self esteem takes a hit. Its *NOT* always the person fault they have failing teeth. It's *NOT* about a cosmetic feature. Cosmetic features should be considered if you want something "extra" done to the teeth. Getting to improve the quality of your life shouldn't fall under being cosmetic. Insurances should *really* take that into consideration as well as cost. Its sad when people can't afford dental work or teeth that don't work.

I totally understand your frustration! And you’re so right, your teeth and your mouth health is so important to your well-being. Not only being able to eat healthy foods, but your self-esteem also. It’s like a spiral, low self-esteem makes it so you aren’t able to get a high-paying job… So there again your teeth are not taken care of… I’m so sorry for the struggle. I agree with you, Insurances should cover the cost of what us dentists can do for our patients! People would be so much more healthier and happier.

I agree! They don’t seem to understand that it is the health of your teeth that makes a big impact on the help of your whole body. Maybe someday they will get it!

I watch these videos all the time and I’m so envious about the life changing procedures these fortunate folks get to enjoy. I could never afford to have my teeth fixed. You live each day in shame, never smiling, never being able to feel satisfied with the food your forced to eat to stay alive. When my youngest daughter passed away I dreaded the funeral and the people I would have to talk too. The loss was so very painful and it was made 10 times worse having go through that day with my teeth the way they are. I always took care of my teeth but an accident in 2000 shattered and ruined my teeth. They broke one at a time and now I have only 5 teeth and those are not going to last much longer I’m afraid. I just cannot pay for the smile I dream of and I don’t think I will ever be able to. The pain of infections is unbearable sometimes and makes life not worth living. If I didn’t have to raise my passed daughters child I don’t think I could go on. But she needs me and I’ll deal with my situation in order to give her the life she deserves. Watching the joy I see on these peoples faces when they smile makes it easier to deal with and I wish them all well, I really do. God bless you for all you do for your lucky patients. ✌🏻❤️🇺🇸

Sometimes one can find free dental clinics in their area. You may not be able to get dentures or implants, but maybe you could at least get your infections treated. I'm so sorry you are going through this.

I'm only 48 but have extremely poor jaw bone. I have had all on four done in September but I noted over time that in spite of sticking to softer foods I started to feel loose at the top. Went in for a check and they said unfortunately the screws that connect the teeth arch to the bone, did not attach and had to be removed to avoid infection. I had second surgery two days ago. I feel pretty good but honestly my fear is that it will fail again. My surgeon was going to go with my zygomas but he got in there and with the consult of others in the room, they felt they found four areas (2 sinus 2 jaw) that should be capable to be successful. I won't know for at least 3 months. It's not a 'get your teeth' and eat an apple kind of thing. Not charged anything for the surgery or check ups that will follow. I know they are gifted and skilled and I'm grateful I could refinance my mortgage to afford this. I feel sick that so many cannot do so and live with the pain and shame I had for years. It should be covered! Anyhow wish me luck.

@@implantsecrets Surgery went okay with a small complication. I had a tear in the sinus wall which made things I would drink or gargled (salt water) come out my nose. I then developed a sinus infection that felt like a constant migraine on my face. They flushed the sinus after repairing the tear. That was Tuesday. I'm on 2 antibiotics and am starting to feel better. I'll see how it goes, hoping they attach and stay in the bone.

If a simple video can show you how caring a dentist is then you are open for surprises…I haven’t met a dentist that is not interested in you having the money before he starts any procedure…you should look for videos that tell the stories how their implants are failing…if you are going to pay $ 50,000 for a set of implants then the dentist should guarantee that the implants are going to be very close to perfect…or otherwise not get paid…

Even though i got my full mouth implants from( CLEAR CHOICE ) I still get emotional after watching this . I learned that anything is possible if a person wants it bad enough, I was toothless and homeless , now I’m a home owner and have a mouth full of beautiful teeth

I’m only 31, suffered severe depression my whole life which led me to not take care of myself. I got myself better and for the first time ever I want to smile but I can’t. I’m now missing 9 teeth and I can’t smile at all and it’s making me not want to be here anymore! Iv been trying to save for so long but my children come first and I just simply can not afford it! OMG! This woman can talk without sounding like a mumble mouth. Every other person that I saw have this procedure done all sounds like they are mumbling or like the teeth are too bulky for their mouth. Looks great, but more importantly, sounds great too. I still wouldn't get this procedure because it's still a big appliance in the mouth, which will probably always feel like false teeth or a retainer. I'd rather get the 3 on 6 procedure. Just implants and teeth. No appliance.

Thing to notice is this lady has most of her teeth and has great bone support to support implants at 88. This means she has great over all health

This makes me cry. I’ve been to about 25 different dentists. My teeth became very messed up due to a genetic disease. I can hardly eat anything. I won’t leave the house or go to church. I’m a shut in at 50. I don’t have the money to fix it. I can’t eat, smile, live or even speak clearly on the phone. It makes me wish and think some very bad things about myself. Thanks so much for your reply! i have another question..... there are doctors in Mauritius claiming that they can give you dental implants within a week and this is Swiss technology....... is it recommended? My dentist says I have to go in for bone grafting, which will take another 6-7 months before the implant can be done

Just had mine done in Turkey Alanya dental implants bone graft 24 crowns £6000 Very happy

There is a lot more to it then the cost. I got quotes from $21,000 to $44,000 for the 4 on 4 on upper and lower., All my teeth were pulled last November and I have had to put up with temporary dentures for 5 months so far. In 2 weeks I may finally get the lowers in and then they will take the molds and finish the uppers. In the meantime I am suffering with ill fitting dentures and paying monthly for the procedure. The Dentist keeps telling me it will be worth it when its done. I just hope I live long enough to enjoy all the pain and hassle. Not sure how you could travel out of the country and get it done with all the visits involved.

She Looks So Sweet .Just One Question What Type Of implants Did She Get? ??

I want one too, but I can't afford it. I dread next years school opening because I need to face people and students in particular. I am 67 years old, single and a poor teacher. I have dentures that don't fit and have the same problems of people with bad teeth. I hope I can smile like this lady one day and pray that Jesus and mother Mary will send "an angel dentist" to make me smile like this.

How long does it take to get these teeth done? What type of implants did she get?

So happy for this patient!! What exactly was done ? I’m confused. I live in NY and was told that my bottom left no teeth years needs bone from hip because the ridge line has sunk. No thanks. I was told 6 implants bottom - one at molar right, one in middle right, and 3 in front. Oral surgeon said 7 bone grafts upon 7 teeth removal which must heal 3-4 months, then implants following … was zirconia used on this patient ? Will you note specifics please? Do you have an in-house lab to produce teeth the same day? I live two hours from NYC and unable to find anyone I trust except on KZread - doctor in Australia !!

because it is $$$$ I saw a girl on here she lived in England but flew to Turkey and all the dental she had was beautiful and the place was so beautiful and clean so was the office her teeth were beautiful and under 2000. they had a package deal where she stayed and to and from the dental office it was well worth it though here in America only the rich can put 10,00 30,000 and up in the mouth it will always be just a thought

I really need this done. I have no back teeth my side teeth were missing too but I got some awful replacements…. I wonder the cost cause I’m willing to save and travel there. I was told the same thing that I don’t have enough bone. And I choke a lot when eating

I can't wait...that will transform so many lives. A few months ago I got an estimate for 5 x crowns & 2 x implants...caused from broken & cracked fillings over the years. So far dentist has redone the fillings to build up the teeth for the crowns. Estimate $NZ 25k! I lost confidence over the years because I used to have stunning teeth...so I'm paying as we go & getting a loan. If stem cell treatment were available now I'd choose that in a heartbeat.😆

Dr. Hendriks extracts the teeth and places the implants the same surgery. You won’t have to wait for the 4 months of healing in between.

I broke my front tooth in April still not finished till next April. Cost $8,500 now another one is bad . The cost is causing me great anxiety.

MY DIED AT YOUNG AGE OF CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE ALL BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO OPEN HER MOUTH FOR DENTIST THEY COULD NOT DENTAL WORK ON HER AT THE AGE OF 82 2019 SHE LATER DIED THE FOLLOWING YEAR OF CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE WHILE LIVING WITH ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE. Is this process done under a local or general anaesthetic ? I don't think it would be bearable having supports screwed into the bone to ensure that the teeth are secure without a general.

We definitely do general anesthesia! For single implants we can do IV sedation which is like a light sleep Or local. Would you like to come in for a consultation?

Hi why is there no talk about what should be done if you are bone deficient have told me they have bone to be taken from the hip but then all the tendons and muscles will have to be cut and you will be limping for at least 6 months 2nd option is bone out of your skull because you have 2 layers of bone on your skull, they can take a piece out at the top part to put it in the mouth, but that requires cutting open your head to remove hair and cut out a piece of bone, so I would have liked to know whether there is a third option to remedy the bone deficiency thanks

Kyle I’m 67 and my one is costing me $8,500

She is blessed I cried my eyes out when they told me i may not be able to get what i want which is implants due to radiation i got as a childhood cancer patient a lot of u are right it does mess with you emotionally n physically n u fill so bad n the insurances do not care they never do I had a friend go for dental work cuz she on medicaid told her she cannot get what she wanted which was so braces u cant see she still saving to get it and her teeth gets worse dont make no sense

What procedure was that?

Do they have prices for seniors? They never say.

I have been without teeth or dentures for over ten years..I finally got a insurance to cover at least dentures. She said i had no bone left and it would be a waste of time to even refer me to the guy that makes dentures...She said I was looking at 35 to 50 thousand. Im 72, on soc sec, medicare, and been in remission from lung cancer for 2 years. Can u imagine how i felt when i walked out of that office..I fought so hard to get rid of my cancer, just to sit in my house day after day. Wishing I hadnt fought so hard.
