My mom has always said. When you read a text and it upsets you, Wait at least 30 minutes before responding. This has helped me immensely.
Thanks for this episode! We needed this ❤
I have 2 boys, a 15 and 11 year old. I struggle with trying to be a good mom. Sometimes, I'm hard on myself during the hard times. After any arguments if I yell I always apologize and try to make them understand why. I also try to remind myself that kids think and feel differently than adults do. I really needed to hear this video.
I love how you are bringing all these great influences on your podcast. You are making a difference too! Thank you❤
Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari, Wow, this made my day brighter! Thank you!
I liked that she mentioned limits. It is equally important to teach kids to regulate their emotion, if as parents we constantly try and sooth them away from sitting in problems they do not sit and tolerate negative feelings. From my work that has been the biggest misconception on emotional regulation.
Such a great episode. Thank you ❤️
Wonderful! Thank you! ❤️❤️
