Always had a mixed results when they didn't.. 🤔 I've been lucky enough to gather a good crowd of rpg enthusiasts over the years (and most importantly my wife I brought to the hobby via AD&D 2nd ed about 23 years ago). Looking forward to seeing where the channel goes from here! 🖖

Since Schwalb also was responsible for D&D and Warhammer you could say it's a mix match between these two (Warhammer fantasy lorewise and horror aspects, Dice rolls D&D kinda) instead of "Roll D20 + modifier + Advantage / disadvantage (roll two d20) you have: Roll D20 + modifier (= ability score - 10) + Boon (+1D6) or Bane (-1D6) both cancel each other out. LP for players is around 70 max i would say. Damage valvues are also kinda low compared to D&D (Armor class is also max 25)
