An additional note, while the sides and back of the B1/B1+ cabinet is "typical" the front baffle is thicker than everything else in this price point and that does make a sonic difference. It would be good for the audience to know if this GR upgrade also works on the B1+ as my understanding is the + model is the same cabinet and drivers with an upgraded X-over directly from Emotiva.
Emotiva products hold their value very well on the used market, when you can find them. They don't drastically reduce the price like Polk and JBL the few times they are on sale.

Interesting. Heard from others that the B1 actually sounds better than the new B2. Nice to know they don't have an artificial "V-curve". Always heard that the SVS speakers do, so Emotiva is doing great keeping it more "real" at the price points they try to hit. Still hoping someone will send you the Polk R700 one day and you can check out the crossover and see what you can do with taking it up to their Legacy performance.
