I cant believe we now have the same nostalgia for Windows 7/Vista , just like when we had nostalgia for Windows XP. Soon we will have nostalgia for Windows 10.

I don't like a damn thing about Windows 10 -- Or 11 -- Windows Vista was lit beautiful - Windows 7 was so nice - Windows 8 was ok and anything after that has been junk looks wise. BRING BACK AERO!

So bizarre. I find nothing that would be nostalgic about Windows 10. Other than what, the usb connection ding? Windows 7 was the last one to have some personalization and character to it imo 🙃

XP is a cozy childhood nostalgia, but Vista is a rebellious and bright teenage nostalgia. I adore both of those parts in my life.

oh my god I LOVED playing littlebigplanet on my ps3!! unfortunately the community levels are no longer accessible on anything older than a ps5 (I think), and those were the main draw for me, so I decided to wait until ps5s were old enough to be affordable lol

You know, some famous Canadians might say that this is a meaningless non aesthetic. Well, that means more for us. This is a wonderful video, and the design language of the late 00s to early 10s will always have a place in my heart.

Oh hey! I’ve always liked Frutiger Aero, it played a big role in my childhood! It’s always nice to see people make cool playlists like this this is going in my playlist for sure :)

I organize my nostalgia divides by Windows edition. There was a distinction between the kids who grew up on Windows 95/98, Windows XP, then Windows Vista. This for me falls in the Vista era, which wasn't my favorite BUT I love the music choice here so can't complain too much. Would love to see a Y2K centered mix :D

these visuals are perfect, reminds me of a time that i was too young to really remember anything from, but i lived through that time

If Windows 10 reaches end of life and Windows 11 I'm reverting back to vista and trying out that third party kernel if it still works it looks like Microsoft might not release a Windows 12 and wants to focus on Windows 11 but they both expire at the same time. This is what kills a good Operating System is the End of Life and is hard to say goodbye to a good Operating System this kind of makes it unfair to others there is no "modern" Windows in my point of view so there is no need to have these useless policies. Just let people have the old Windows and build an extended kernel if you can still download the Operating System even if it charges extra to put an extended kernel I'm willing to do it at this point I really miss older Windows this is too damn depressing thank you for the upload it's the closest thing to seeing Windows Vista again.
