I just recently lost my brother 😞 this year has not been an easy one for so many. We love you Brandy and we will be here no matter what. ❤

Me too! We grew up making things out of scraps. One of my favorite ornaments is piece of blue felt on which I glued two plastic pearls when I was a toddler. We did birthday parties the same way.

These projects are absolutely beautiful. I love vintage items. They bring back so many memories from my childhood. Back then people sent Christmas cards to everyone and they were often cards with Santa on them. To this day I love pictures of vintage Santas.

Brandy...I'm so extremely sorry for the loss of your nephew. I'll be keeping you & your family in my thoughts & prayers. Stress definitely will make a sickness hang on a bit longer. I understand the need to keep crafting through such sorrow....it is so therapeutic. If you can get immersed in a project, it allows your mind to forget, if only for a little while.❤ Keep the vintage coming....I love it. For the past year or so I've been thrifting vintage decor & craft items. I think I have enough Christmas to try going all vintage this year. It really brings back memories of my childhood. I'm so sorry about the passing of your nephew. He's at peace with our lord now. I pray that God gives comfort to all of his family friends and those who loved him. Please be good to yourself. Tears do wash the poison out of our body. Its ok to grieve . keep his memory alive. Maybe a unique craft a couple times a year for his headstone? Art , being creative does help everyone deal with pain. I lost both my parents n all of my siblings young. My aunt uncle n Six cousins in a horrific car accident after a family picnic reunion. I was young then. My hobby of choice is making n listening to music. Another family member from that its painting. They are making lots of money noe selling their paintings. They started grief therapy. Each day same time told to color n listen to music. They could of colored outside the lines using all green if they wanted. Let the tears roll. Within months got great at coloring. Took up paint by numbers then b eventually self taught beautiful painter
