I’m 40 years old and just got mine nostril pierced today I’ve had my ears pierced for over 20 years and I use to have my tongue pierced but took it out about 10 years ago. Just go for it!!

I just went straight for the hoop because I'm an impatient bastard, stud is probably the way to go about it and a lot of piercing shops are quite strict about that policy!

I heard left is for straight and right is for gay men. Just like earlobe piercings. I wasn't feeling it on my right side so that's why I wanted it on my left side. I was talking to my coworker's and one girl said to watch what side because one side means you're gay. So I googled it and turns out the right side is the gay side. So I guess I made a good call there.
