Norwegian🇳🇴 troops arrive in Lithuania🇱🇹
Norwegian soldiers have arrived in Lithuania. Norway has sent around 200 troops to the country to join a multinational NATO battlegroup led by the Germans. The move is in support of NATO’s enhanced Forward Presence (eFP), which has also seen the setting up of three other battlegroups in Estonia, Latvia and Poland. NATO’s eFP, decided at the Warsaw Summit in July 2016, is a response to changing security environments in the east of the Alliance.
Earlier this year NATOChannel met with Lieutenant Silje Johansen Willassen, tank commander of the Telemark Batallion, during her pre-deployment training. Now she has arrived in Lithuania along with her platoon, ready to be part of the German-led battlegroup.

Perhaps it is "...ut ceteri vivant". "Always faithfull, so others may live", or something like it. I'm guessing here.
I don’t think Russia would be able to defeat NATO in a conventional warfare. If they use nukes then everybody uses nukes.

I belive that in a war russia wouldn`t be able to use nukes, we have ballistic missile systems here in europe to defend us, and also britan and france has a lot of nukes.

Nukes are a defensive weapon. It's for when you're losing and the enemy won't stop taking over your country. It's more about the threat. After the boomers a frist strike weren't a viable strategy either.

If nukes are used, everybody looses... but they are a last defence weapon, once they start loosing conventional warfare then nukes comes forward.

Putin likes mouth off, but he's not dumb enough to actually invade anyone. They have large army forces, but even an invasion of Ukraine would make them bleed heavily and Putin can't afford that.
