It’s not really

It is the best way to learn because it kinda strengthens the connections from one neuron to another (this is how we learn). We do this best while sleeping

it is not really.. when we are awake the brain collects information and during the sleep it arranges them.. the next day you may remember or be familiar with smth already experienced.. every new thing that we see/register builds a new tiny gentle neuropath, with the repetition, it grows and extends until it overtakes the dominance or share it with other stuff (such as a few languages we actively use).. use it or lose it
God natt
does this legit work? Has anyone tried this? Did you end up falling asleep?
Music too loud!
