Belgium has 2 broadcasters. VRT and RTBF (Dutch and French) they alternate. So last year VRT had a show that choose the one for Eurovision. RTBF the French broadcaster had to send someone to this year and they choose internally that’s why there isn’t a live performance! It’s a very good song and it will place in top 5. He has a very good voice live and is a seasoned performer.

Belgium is my top 1 this year. It will stand out against all these carnival songs
You're right, it's a quality song, and apparently you appreciate the carnival-like kitsch more than quality. Where do you place france with an authentic song, in their own language, also real quality...? At the bottom?
