It is unusual that they fly this close to. It only happens when there is an ongoing crisis. In this case it was a diver that was reported missing. Luckily the diver was found live and well. Usually when somebody goes missing they are never found in these waters. The current will pull the bodies so deep that when the corpse starts to decompose the body will not float up. Besides there are also some worms or maggots that will attack flesh that is not moving. It you are fishing with net you can not leave more that 24 hours or these maggots would have started to feed on your catch.😁😁😁

@@elainekinsella4097 That is the way it is.You have to respect the forces that is in the current. After all it is the strongest tidal current in the world. There have been people living here for more than 10000 years.The reason is that fishing has always been extremely good here. I don’t think they have ever suffered starvation. The current is giving but also unforgiving if you don’t respect it. I have unfortunately seen a lot of stupid behavior here over the years. I can easily see who is from this place and who is not when they are out there in a boat. Locals will always sit in the boat when they are fishing. From childhood we have been told by our parents and grandparents to sit in the boats because the current can suddenly grab the boat and if you are sitting you can fall overboard. Besides what is the point standing when you fishing because you have water on all sides.😁😁😁
