I used to serve an FRA when I started my Virtual Assistant home business long before VA's enrolled with employment agencies to get work. The incorporation/registered agent company I had partnered with is in Nevada [20-year business]. They paid me half of each filing fee to serve as registered agent. Although I am retired and no longer am an FRA, I am here to say that Northwest (25-yr business 1998-2024) was SMART to include the formation, the agreement template, a virtual office, free 1-year registered agent services, AND the use of THEIR address - services the Nevada company did not provide. The cost is a steal deal going through you. It is intimidating to prepare a new business legally, but if entrepreneurs follow your videos, it will be breezy and mostly anxiety-free. I also see that you avail yourself in answering questions on YT. That is a plus, plus, plus!

You are spot on. It really is a sweet set up for everyone involved. And yes, we are here on YT to support small business owners and then Northwest is also a great resource for questions. Their customer support is on another level when compared to other LLC services. I should mention, they offer the virtual address in the $29 package. Virtual office is a more robust set up with phone service, etc.

I notice when I created an account with them they are charging me for the registered agent and they are not giving me the option to remove it. I'm using another company for a registered agent. Also I'm not seeing exactly what I'm paying for. On the other hand when I open your link I'm seeing the discount pricing but still no full details of what I'm getting with the package. Why is that?

It's hard for me to tell from this end if the service you paid for included an EIN. When you form an LLC with Northwest using our partner discount, the cost is $29. Getting an EIN would be an additional $70. It sounds like you may have formed with Northwest, but not through our partnership. The best way to find out if Northwest applied for your EIN for you is to call them or use the chat function on their website. Here's their contact info: www.northwestregisteredagent.com/contact

I can’t find any info on this anywhere but in Alabama it says you have to file a name reservation before registering your llc. Does northwest also do that for you and if not is that information public record for the reservation? This is a problem for me because I don’t want to let out my address but I see you have to reserve before getting a registered agent.

What state are you in?

New subscriber here. I live in California, but want to set up my LLC for my KZread channel in Wyoming because it offers anonymity. I need to remain anonymous. Can you receive a google Adsense pin postcard via their registered agent service in Wyoming without any problems? This is very important. It is also important that I will easily be able to set up a bank account that I can link to my KZread google Adsense to get paid. Do you know individuals who have been in CA but set up an LLC for their KZread channels in WY with Northwest? Is Northwest Registered Agent the best for this? All of these registered agent services seem to have bad reviews, and I am pulling my hair out trying to figure it out. Any other details that I should know about? Would it be better or cheaper to form an LLC in New Mexico as you did? Thank you!
