Seems a very well engineered setup but a more destructive method of 'fishing' it would be hard to imagine...

People will complain of fishermens ways to harvest as they jump in their car that runs off oil and its products, look at your own life first!

Thats why ocean habitat is failing, dragging this contraption along the bottom destroys so much sea life its incalculable, fisherman will fish to the last fish soon you’ll be wondering where all the fish went like here on the west coast of Canada.

Most of the reason why is hydroelectric dams shutting off the spawning grounds for fish. The ocean heals itself very fast if you give it the time. But it can't do anything if there's nowhere fish to spawn in river headwaters.

Everyone does something for a living. Farming, fishing etc. Before Everyone starts complaining about fisherman (I'm one), look at what job you do first. The marine habitat regrows withing 48 to 72 hours depending on the weather and tide. The only harm scallop trawlers do, is skim across the top layer of sand. I'm familiar with this boat, seen it lots, works out of lakes enterance and stanley. Not a bad looking boat.
