You know these flooding situations are only going to get worse… Imagine what a challenge it’s going to be for those wanting to sell their homes😢

Exactly. It only takes a refresh into people’s mind of catastrophe to change their mind about relocating. 😵💫

What would you suggest, rip all the poor people's houses down and build back new houses with an adequate drainage system? Then the poor people wouldn't be able to buy them back. You must work for Blackrock?
This country needs to invest in itself. All of that standing water is going to bring the mother of mosquitoes.

Frump should get to work...cleaning the swamp.
Can’t imagine the nightmare that would be dealing with all that mold and all those contractors and insurance that want to rip off them residents
The questions is the following: the city of North Miami has the drainage system in place.? The city of North Miami is extremely proactive .Always on top of violations and policing Airbnb etc. and there are tons of new constructions coming soon.
Build a wall around florida.

You want to evict these people and let Blackrock fill in the hole and build new homes?

@@AllDogsAreGoodDogs That could be 5000 years, or never. In the meantime, you want 1,000's of people to be homeless and Blackrock to get richer.

@@francismarion6400 You have an issue with Blackrock. I don't. The climate change, which you apparently deny, is going to eat FL. I am not doing it. I don't want to evict anyone. The climate change is causing the seas to rise. Deny it at your own risk. I live about 125' above current sea level in SF. By the time it affects this place, I'll be long gone.
It’s surprising that a large rich conurbation like Miami doesn’t have the available resources to start pumping water immediately especially considering they are at sea level. If they ever take a direct hit from a hurricane, it ain’t going to be pretty. This is the conservative mindset of not spending money unless you absolutely must and then spend the bare minimum.
They gotta fix this situation 😂😅😢😢😢😢😢😢

Desantis won’t even acknowledge there’s a problem
New structures must may need to use the shoreline type of raised buildings even miles inland.
News flash no one cares 😂
