I’m in my nodal return - north node conjunct NN in Taurus 13 degrees

My north node is in Taurus and South node in Scorpio.

My south node, my sun, my moon my Saturn and my Midheaven are all in Scorpio….. I’m realizing at almost 40 this can’t have been a very good combination for me.🤔

Stellium in Scorpio in my 12th Cancer moon in the 8th Yes I know both pleasure and pain intimately….

As my sun sign is a cancer my moon sign a cap my rising a sag I can say it’s a lot going on😭

Hi there Mel, you could apply the teachings here to a natal placement as well-- it would just indicate the lifetime developmental growth path, rather than just an 18 month period, but these teachings still resonate with the natal placement! -- Isabella, Team Kelly

Libra rising with Venus in Taurus and moon in Taurus in the 8th. My mc ruler moon is conjunct the NN and my ic ruler saturn is conjunct the SN . When SN transited over my Saturn this past summer i had the worst fights I've had with my mother in years that not only reflected the type of fights we used to have in childhood, but unfinished pain and anger on those memories came up. It was unreal. Now NN is stationed on my moon exactly at 13 degrees. i was hoping for a career break or progress but nothing has happened yet. Thanks for this

Such a poignant example you've shared here-- thank you for the vulnerability and trust. My immediate thoughts go to questioning the resolution of the fights with your mother-- what became of those? Was there any healing and transmutation of pain that took place? With the prominence of the Moon in this example and the experiences you had with the transiting nodes correlating to your relationship to your mother, it seems that this nodal return may be highlighting the role of the provider in your life-- from the nurturing, emotional provider (the Moon) contrasted to the practical, dutiful provider (Saturn) as this dynamic stretches across your natal nodal axis and relates to your early childhood experiences. While the MC can represent our career, that is only one facet of this powerful angle-- it also represents our calling in life, our reputation, our vocation; what we are known for and how we are seen. Saturn can represent coldness and distance, as it is so far from the Sun, whereas the Moon is receiving and reflecting the light and warmth of the Sun, despite not having any light of her own. The NN conjunct the Moon may be calling in emotional sensitivity and nurturance as a way to develop your reputation and sense of calling in the world, and this may be an invitation to reflect that light upon your relationship with your mother. @@teamkellyadmins5303 apologies for the late reply Isabella, Funny enough those fights led to me having better understanding of my childhood more than they resolved things with my mother. my parents both do not have enough awareness to reflect on their behaviors. I realized I had been trying to get them to understand for years but it was a lost cause. I let it go and my healing came that way. my 4th house and 10th house absolutely describe my parents and my relationship with them. 4th house Capricorn with Neptune conjunct the ic and saturn in scorpio conjunct the south node. my father is a libra with his sun exactly conjunct neptune with a stellium of planets in the 8th. He wasnt around in my childhood(Capricorn 4th, as well as saturn being quincunx the sun by 1 degree) right before pluto entered cap he got in contact with me and he told me I had a baby sister. as pluto entered Capricorn and my 4th, I started to get to know my sister, and her mother, and my dad, as well as my mom met a guy right when pluto entered cap and married him a year later as pluto reentered cap. I all of a sudden had a brand new family after having grown up an only child with his mother. as pluto finishes its sojourn through cap and my 4th my father is we believe now on his death bed and my sun is about to progress into Leo. My 10th house is in cancer with moon in the 8th conjunct venus and the north node in taurus) my mom is a leo rising, cancer sun with a moon in taurus with pluto sitting on her ascendant. my entire childhood pluto transited both her solar 5th and natal 5th house. it was nothing but power struggles between the two of us(libra rising but i have pluto in scorpio in the first as well as venus in the 8th.. two plutonians battling lol) with leo rising she wants respect, to be the boss, and flattery. I could of gotten away with murder had i just played the game and told her what she wanted to hear, but I could never just fake it (sun aspect uranus, pluto on the ascendant, a tremendous need to be authentic). I was always overly honest and willing to say when i thought she was wrong. my mom being a leo rising cancer, she sees things through her feelings and has 0 ability to be objective or to not make everything about her feelings. me as a libra rising always wanted to be fair and it was a lost cause. I understand now and realize i cant change her or make her see ow her actions affected me. that gave me closure. with my midheaven ruler in tarus exalted conjunct venus and the north node, I have wanted my career(acting/film) terribly since i was in my teens and saturn went over my sun and my sun progressed into the 10th. it has felt blocked due to dealing with my parents and my own issues stemming from my childhood. as the north node returns, pluto is finishing its transit in my 4th getting ready to enter my 5th, saturn is transiting my 5th, and my sun is 6 months away from entering leo, I truly believe this north node return and everything is about ending this period of my life and moving on. I have been very hard on myself for not being farther in my career till now, but that fight with my mom brought back the realization of what i was dealing with in my teens and early 20s and that i would not of been ready then for my career. again the fight just gave me clarity. sorry for the novel. and thanks for your response and interest.

Hi Sandy! It does in a sense, yet the direction is reversed. There is an indication to lean more into the Mars-y Scorpio energetic while putting out the Venus/Taurus energy that may come more innately. What's the most important with the nodes is understanding the polarity, i.e. the Scorpio-Taurus dynamic and identifying what they have in common and how to find balance between these energies. -- Isabella, Team Kelly
