North Goa Tour by AC Bus (2023) | Panji to North Goa Budget Trip | Goa Vlog Part 1 by YRR
In this vlog, we'll be sharing our North Goa tour experience aboard an AC bus. Our itinerary included stops at Sinquerim Beach, Aguada Fort, Vagator Beach, Snow Park, and Baga Beach. The bus was meant to depart from Panji but surprisingly started from Calangute. Fortunately, the travel company arranged a car to transport us to Calangute. Our journey began with a drop-off at Sinquerim Beach, followed by visits to Aguada Fort, Snow Park, Vagator/Anjuna Beach, and finally Baga Beach. Each stop offered us about 40 minutes to an hour to explore the areas. The bus ride itself was fine, although the Snow Park experience left much to be desired. The Rs 500 ticket seemed pricey considering there wasn't much to do there for an hour. In hindsight, we felt exploring local shops might have been a better option.
We booked the bus through Purple HoHo (www.hohogoa.com/). However, it's important to note that they don't operate a hop-on-hop-off (HoHo) bus service. Instead, a single bus picks you up and drops you back at the starting point. It seems Purple Travels has a connection with Royal Tours and Travels, as we traveled with the latter despite booking through Purple HoHo.
Overall, it was a decent experience. This trip could be ideal for elderly or solo travelers who prefer not to ride scooters or bikes.
A suggestion to Royal Tours and Travels: Consider avoiding attractions like Snow Park, as most tourists come to Goa for a different experience. Additionally, stopping at places with more restaurant choices and allowing tourists to enjoy the sunset before concluding the journey would be great enhancements.

Certainly. We spent a delightful 7 days in Goa, dividing our stay between the northern charm of Panjim for 4 days and the serene beauty of Palolem in the south for the remaining 3 days. During our stay in Panjim, we chose Zillion Inn located in the heart of Panjim Market in North/Central Goa. This decision was influenced by the abundance of excellent food options, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Panjim Market, renowned for its vibrant shopping scene, added to the appeal of our stay. Our exploration from Panjim included visits to Bagha beach, Aguada fort, Candolim, and other beaches, easily accessible by bus and car. Local attractions such as Dona Paula, Miramar beach, Panjim church, Fontanhas, and Raes Mago fort were also on our itinerary. In Palolem, we opted for Hotel My Soulmate, a wonderful budget-friendly accommodation. Our Southern escapade included visits to the breathtaking Butterfly beach, the tranquil Cola beach, Cabo de Rama fort, and Cape Goa. South Goa's natural beauty, especially the unmissable Butterfly and Cola beaches, left a lasting impression. For bookings at My Soulmate hotel, you can use platforms like MakeMyTrip or other similar websites. Zillion Inn primarily serves as a guest house for government employees, and if you're interested, we can provide you with their contact number.
