Thank you so much. Tried for two days to figure out how to swivel the part you attach to the monitor to the correct up position. Wasn't until I saw you turn it with ease did I realize was turning the wrong thing. Wasn't quite as easy for me, but I did it!!!

It's a fine monitor arm especially for the price but it's quite shaky compared to the legendary rebranded Ergotron LX from Amazon.

Because i have the screws that were mounted in the monitor at first, plus the longer and smaller screws with the little black plastic height adjusters that were in the f80 arm box. and don't know which one are the right ones

Mine doesnt asjust and I dont want to return it. I have use 53 seconds screw and it does nothing so now my monitors are off... OMG its always one thing

Sucks that there is no way to tighten the 360 rotation. My only real criticism.

Its fixed. Those monitors are called Vesa monitors, they are for this mount, but if you have this mount and your monitor is not vesa, u can buy a bracket for it. Like me cause i bought it without knowing my monitor is not vesa 💀 so im waiting for the bracket to be delivered

Add a gold bar to the back of your monitor to increase the weight.

That lower cable management at 1:06 is so stiff on my monitor arm that my cable just doesn't get pushed inside it

@@chester9718there is two type of holding c clamp (which is not making hole) and grommet (making holes) most of arms comes with two methods

The Hole Mount is just one extra way to mount it. Go with regular clamp mount otherwise.

No, but you can screw the hole if it pleases you. 😝😝 There's 2 ways to do it. You can mount it from the edge, though many "gaming" desks don't give a lot of room there. Or you can drill a hole (not ideal for many) through the desk and mount it from the top (using the long screw with a grommet) The company is not great with English, as evidenced by their replies on Amazon. For instance, the instructions call the vertical angle of the arm "swivel", a term which means side to side rotation, not an up and down angle. It also shows a hex screw in the diagram of the side of the arm joint, supposedly to adjust tension, but in reality it's a machine pressed metal rivet, NOT a hex screw. That scew is inside the _top_ unlike what is shown in the diagram.

@@gamesturbator yeah i just would have appreciated a part of the video of this is what it looks like with no desk holes. I got mine set up on the edge of the desk with clamp only.

Hi, for grommet installation, my table is just 15mm thick, will that be enough? 🥹

I can't loosen it like 0:50, it comes already at position 0:44, which makes it hard to even see the screw. Not to mention it's not budging at all.

@@JoshbigD yes, there was a plastic cover on there, it took some force to remove it. After I removed the plastic cover, I installed my monitor on the stand and I was able to push that arm to go down. It will go back up so hold it down and it should expose the screw in which you will loosen with the Allen wrench provided.

@@JoshbigD at 0:45 you can see the person pushing that arm down, after you push it down the screw will be exposed. How ever you have to install your monitor on the arm first or the arm won’t go down.
