Yah I live here and I agree with you. So much land up north, not being used at all cause the harsh winters.

It is colder than Southern Ontario or British Columbia, but the rest of Canada get as cold as Thunder Bay in winter.

Does anyone know why that guy keeps leaving that good stuff outside in the elements to get all warped? Some of that stuff I'd buy.

Little wonder why they call "March" the suicide month! Not just here, but anywhere north of the Bay! Come on spring. Let the sun shine, and put a smile back on our faces. And on a positive note, North Bay has the best tap water, since the gov't started over chlorinating most city water supplies.

My family immigrated here before I was born and I’ve always asked my mom why they chose North Bay of all places. Never had an answer. As someone who’s lived in North Bay their entire life… I’ve been able to see the growth as well as the downfall of this city. Racially this city has grown a lot in recent years, but it has nothing to offer. It’s known as a retirement town. The crime has increased exponentially the past 2-3 years. Housing market is insane… 1500-1700$ for a run down mould infested 1 bedroom apartment. The city isn’t maintained well at all. We have some beautiful hiking trails, waterfalls, and we’re based right alongside lake Nipissing so it’s breath taking in the summer with the flowers they plant every year… but that’s all the city has, so it’s all they work on. Businesses fail quicker than people can get them started. But there’s work here. Not the greatest of jobs, but there’s jobs. This town has a very big divide between the richie rich, and those just scraping by.

Loves your vedio clips but sir you can't talk about raod ,street and other area location. I mean share about information the raod and area location.

Im looking to buy a house and move to North bay from hamilton I cannot ever afford to buy a house in hamilton but I can get a mortgage in north bay is there a lot of work maybe for a builder or the city is there possibly union jobs or anything for a job im nervous to leave where I have grownup??????????
