My head cannon: Blip-Girl tutored Jessie when she was about 18, and Jessie was 14. (B-Girl doesn't immediately recognize Jessie, so Jessie was likely very different when they last saw each other. Also, B-Girl references the tutoring job like it was a while ago for her. B-Girl also says that Jessie was a brat, implying that they likely had more than a 1-or-2yr age difference). B-Girl was likely blipped when she was 20 and returned the same physical age. (Jessie remarks that she has been drinking for "a few months now," and that she is "a bit older" than B-Girl.) B-Girl freaks out and tells Jessie "you were just in highschool" (meaning that Jessie was likely no younger that 14) Conclusion: B-Girl is 20, and Jessie is 21 in this scene.
