Thank you so much for this video!! I have panic attacks because I hear my heart beating with my ear plugs in…I’m on a beta blocker & though my heart was racing but because I was hearing both beats 😂 I feel so much better (& silly). It sounds exactly like this. I can rest easy now!

this is normal because you're applying pressure on your ears because of the plug and probably by resting your head on the pillow too, hence you'll "feel" the pulse of your arteries as your heart sound, this is rarely a concern, unless you know you have some disease like hypertension or something
