ہیلو السلام علیکم ڈاکٹر صاحبہ بہت صحیح کہہ رہی ہیں لیکن اج کل واقعی یہی مسئلہ ہے کہ لڑکیاں جو اج کل کی ہیں بہت ہی زیادہ نازک ہو گئی ہیں جو نارمل کی طرف جاتی نہیں ہے اور اسٹارٹ سے ہی ان کا بیڈ ریسٹ شروع ہو جاتا ہے اور حالانکہ اگر وہ ہلکی پھلکی اپنے ایکسرسائز رکھیں گھر میں ایکٹیو رہیں تو نارمل بچے ہوں گے اخر قدرت نے یہ ایک سسٹم رکھا ہے تو ایسے ہی تو یہ ابادی نہیں بڑھی اور اب تو میڈیکل نے ترقی کر لی ہے لڑکیوں کو ڈرنا نہیں چاہیئے 1:57
