s sister sterilization along with C-section panniduvanga.... u hav so many techniques for family planning... u can go in for laproscopic sterlisation... or TAT(open) u also got... # Injection that has to be taken once in 3 months... when u plan for next pregnancy u can stop and can get concieved in few months after stopping it... # Tablet chaya twice a week for 3 months and once a week rest of the month and more tablets available if u r not going for permanent sterilisation u can move on with this techniques if u wanna know more r if this information is useful hit like....

Yeah walking s main sis.... throughout my pregnancy my mom wil come morg aneve to take me to walking really tat ly helped me alot...for my first pregnancy i was just married within few months I got pregnant so i didn't do any household works an didn't cook nothing because tat time I dono cooking my mom i law an my mom was thier to support me in all works....ly walking an my body helped me for safe normal delivery...for me stiches heal aaga 6 months aachu...my periods after delivery 1 month le vandhudichi
