    No free fluid and no lymph node enlargement are seen. The Bladder is distended. The Uterus is AV and normal in size with normal endometrial echo. Both culs and POD are unremarkable. IMP: Mild fatty liver.

    Please May I have known that the result Liver is normal in size and shape with echogenicity and sharp edge. Margins are smooth. No focal lesion is seen. The Portal vein is normal in diameter. GB and biliary trees are not dilated, free from stone. Pancreas appears normal in size and echo. Both Kidneys are normal in size and echoes with a distinct corticomedullary junction. No stone or hydronephrosis is seen.

    This is a CT and not MRI,don't talk of echogenicity
