There’s no other story but this. It’s always something. The hand forcing sticks into its spokes.
Sleeping for a day or sleep for 5 minutes
but only for a day or two if you’re lucky.
See, I sold my board for $20 cause I didn't want to break my arm save the strings. And now it’s like,
angry songs make me feel worse.
Happy songs make me feel like a liar.
I’m a 90s kid.
I’m from the sounds of hollow walls and steep secondhand steps. From below the stairs. Hovering above the brick stages.
Plastic sheets don’t keep out the cold.
It hurts.
It hurts.
It hurts.
It hurts.
I swear to God it hurts.
If it comes worse for worse.
I got a million in the stack and always one in the cavity.
I think I’m witnessing the end of the world and I like it.

Agreed - and yet they've never changed, but stayed relevant enough to keep pursuing the dream.

Nowadays, yes. But bro, In the mid 2000’s they had a much more significant following. These days, they’re mostly in the underground.

Its the band all us musicians are into and everyone who tours listens to. Norma has spawned so many different bands and helped alot. But it would be awesome to see them become more known...
One of the best bands ever to exist.

Amen true artists
New album is absolutely massive. Like I'm being crushed by music.
This is some underground, basement shit and I am here for it
Norma Jean's kicking it so hard nowadays. I've been listening to them since early 2000s, but their latest albums have been pure bangers.

All of them are. That breakdown is STOOPID
One of the most overlooked yet important bands of the heavier side of music.
Having just taken on the task of transferring my parents old 30+VHS tapes to digital, whoever put this together, I FEEL YOU!

How do you do that exactly? I need to as well

I did that a couple years ago for our 30 or so childhood tapes lol. Still in the nonchalant process of editing together a highlight reel.

@@Fragnar13 I used a VHS tape player and program called Roxio VHS to DVD. You have to transfer in real time so it takes a while, but at least u can watch the videos as they play. I then used Adobe to edit them better but you can use the Roxio program too, its just a bit more basic. Make sure you have memory on your computer tho.

Awesome
Great video great song and a amazing damn band!!!
What can i say. 1994 perfectly captures the rawness of the 90s. 80s apart from few bands was mostly driven through new wave, pop and heavy metal. When 90s came, the landscape of mainstream music changed when Helmet, Nirvana and other bands broke the formula with emotional intensity and instinctive rawness. Guitar solos were replaced by heavy, groovy riffs and by guitar feedbacks. Vocals became more emotional and pixeled by distortion. Great example was Unsane. 1994 is like this old-school throwback, that kids of 90s love, with the distortion, squeaky, unpolished and loud guitar riffs, clashing drum sticks, studio talk and heavily emotional vocals about how those times were hard and pure. I was born in 95 but i can say for sure, that bands like Nirvana, Helmet, Unsane and the overall 90s scene with RATM, is even today a joy for me and all these favorite bands are even responsible for other bands like Ken Mode, Norma Jean (modern era of my favorite bands). 1994 is mirroring the foundation from which Norma Jean was made in first place. Young kids with emotional rawness and passion for music, playing for people who felt and feel the same way today.

Finally, a cool song from the year I was born😂
So happy good stuff
Such a punishing riff, great intro to a great album
Straight banger
I’m black and from ATL. I’ve watched Norma Jean, The Chariot come up from hole in the wall bars to where they are now. I just can’t believe after so many albums, they’re still underrated as fuck! Norma Jean All Hail is the greatest album I’ve been blessed to listen to!
