kevanova yep a lot of Japanese plastic and wrong side of the steeringwheel and a Cossy who just waves at the start and gone!

That Supra was an accident waiting to happen. Too wide at Fuchsrohre exit, then lock up. Too wide at Metzgesfeld. Lock up at Wehrseifen. Lock up before Breidscheid and too hot to be off the line passing traffic. If it wasn't there it would have been a few turns after that... Luckily the Seat guy reacted way better than the Supra and the R34.

To be honest you could see that accident happening way before it did. The Supra driver didn't look very familiar with the track.From what I could see from the footage his car was understeering a lot and it didn't look like he could get the nose in and was missing apexes almost every corner. Wrong track to get it wrong outside of the car how much did he have to pay to fix the fence.

The Nurburgring is where beautiful cars go to die. Seen so many classic cars get totalled there it is physically painful to watch. The track is VERY unforgiving, especially to unfamiliar drivers. Hope everyone was ok and maybe the car was fixable...?

That r34 seemed rather bouncy. And the driver could habe taken a class or two before this happened.

You don't need to be a pro driver in real, to see that this was an accident waiting to happen. If you are not trying to drift or make a powerslide, you should start to realise things are not going as plan when you can barely maintain enough grip in the corners. Especially when it's called a tracktool, while a Seat was right behind them.

Watching vehicles with manual gearboxes battle to the last is so much more fun to watch because of pure connectivity to the machine and road besides it really prove what real driving is all about than this paddle shift b.s of today

Paddle shifts is not bullshit lol it's modern engineering which was previously only used in F1 cars. The shifts are faster and more precise, and it's a starting package of a race car.

Better you upload the full video directly, because we don't really see all ! It looks like the Supra badly understeer because he overspeed in the corner he got accident! Lack of experience in feelings the limits of his car ! Hard and expensive lesson ! Even the bmw overspeed and understeer in the corner, if you look well ! There's too many people wants to be on nurburgring, but all of them are not fit to ride it correctly !

Shit too bad, that Supra looked nice.

Europe limit is at 250 kmh... A 1.9 diesel engine with only 140bhp can reach 200 kmh, like renault megane, seat leon, for example, in their basic production lines, so that's not a high speed for a GT customized car. Most of European cars, got their cruiser speed on that balance from 200 to 250 kmh, cause they can reach over +300 kmh

Youssef Joo The Supra went in way too fast and hit the wall, you could see the wing that broke off on the ground. As a reaction the Skyline driver ended up making a 180° turn and almost hit that other car. Other than the Supra noone else was involved in the crash.

You seems to had slowed at the corner since the van was there. Did you accidentally pushed the throttle too hard when exiting that corner?

Eye of Osborne I get what you mean about the guys shifting early. His drivings atrocious. But you don’t really believe you’re supposed to redline and shift every time do you? Have you ever heard of short shifting? There is a time and place for balls to the wall, this guys car and experience are not that place.

By 8k rpm pretty sure that skyline is out of breath. Peak power comes at 6800 don’t make sense to spin it that high if there’s no power to be made up there

You can clearly see that he shifted way to early everytime and couldnt control the car very well. Ive seen enough vids so i can tell he‘s not familiar with the track and power of the car

peak power on an stock r34 gtr is around 6800rpm, he was shifting around 7000rpm which is a good point to shift. theres no need to rev past that

I think that 8000+ redline on GTR34s is when turbos are swapped for bigger ones (or just one really big turbo) with better top end. I think that with stock turbos (and with 380 bhp, this car will have these) the cutoff is around 7300 rpm.

At 3:00 you shouldnt of pressed on the brake deep in the corner so hard or your wheel will swerve you should think of what speed to hit the corner at an let off the brakes an glide through the corners lol

you should keep some sort of acceleration through the corners to keep equilibrium of the car

To say the guy in the R34 can't drive would be incorrect. Both the Supra and R34 driver, were driving beyond their limits and track knowledge. The R34 driver looked really tense the whole time. If I feel myself getting like that on track, I ease off and/or pull in to calm down.

He was not realised the car mechanic and driving skills was .....

Hab ich was verpasst? Der R34 hatte doch mal wesentlich mehr Leistung?????
