Mark Duldulao The manga is updated once a month (usually the fifth of every month). SPOILERS It’s confirmed in the manga that both Yato and Hiyori have feelings for eachother. However, they haven’t told eachother yet. The manga is not finished yet though so we’ll just have to wait for them to tell eachother.

I hope this is animated in the main series, though it might require them acknowledging the OVAs. Perhaps instead of confronting Yato with the picture from the picnic, she could defend herself by correctly asserting that the kiss was forced upon her, not reciprocal.

Manga spoiler in case you're one of like 5 people who haven't read ahead at this point... After re-reading the Sakura chapters can I just say how god damn evil it was for Yato's father to do this to him and Hiyori?! Yato was clearly traumatized after seeing how Sakura died --(as it's implied she was also raped before being killed)-- and she bears a passing resemblance to Hiyori, so the implication of this was just pure evil! I seriously hope these soulmates get a happy ending but I don't know how they could if Yato needs a human to remember him but a god's love drags things into Far Shore... Damn it, why was the poverty god the one to link them?! Haven't they suffered enough?!
