They do that in Wisconsin too, whenever there's a big snowstorm. More plows to clear the roads.

  • 3 жыл бұрын

@@jimmybravo3916 I never noticed it over there, don't doubt it though, it sure turned into a mess when I saw it in New York City, they really had nowhere to push the snow, back in the day where I grew up they pushed the snow to the middle of the street and then used a big snowblower to blow it into trucks to haul it away, used to dump it next to rivers here, but not anymore.

Department of sanitation has the largest fleet of trucks in NYC. By using them as plows during winter weather saves the city millions by reducing the number of vehicles needed to service the city. They don’t have any other fleets of trucks this large that could serve multiple purposes.

It's another fine example of global warming. "Educate yourself about the difference between weather and climate". Blah blah blah says the climate alarmist.

What do you mean? Just because it’s snowing dosent mean global warming isn’t occurring. Here in New Jersey, if you can take the average temperature for each day Jan 1 to Dec 31 and divide by 366 days. 2020 was our 2nd warmest year here in NJ. Being 55.5°F or 4.1°F above normal. Try learning how to calculate weather average. My state has warmed 3°F since 1895. So than why is it snowing? Well first off, it’s February, we normally get snow, even though it maybe snowing, this winter has been about 3-4°F above normal when you average it out. Yes significantly above normal, but still cold enough for snow. And secondly, as earth warms, so our oceans, and so that means some locations get more precipitation. Because warmer air holds more moisture, so that means we get more rain, and when it’s cold enough, snow. So snow will become less frequent on a warmer future, but when they do occur, they are much bigger. So no, this dosent mean global warming isn’t occurring. It just means it’s winter. Even if worse case global warming occurs by 2100, there will still be snow. I want you to link a peer review scientific study or a reliable article that says snow disproves GLOBAL warming that causes CLIMATE change.

@@PremierCCGuyMMXVI , Explain yourself. How can you deny that if it is still cold in winter like it always has been that this means that global warming is occurring? You swallow too much government propaganda. The Leftist political activists masquerading as climate scientists at NOAA and NASA are cherry picking *and* altering the historical data. And if you think that government bureaucrats don't lie you are asleep 24/7.
