Wiseman Cook Truth about Pakistani comprehension intelligence of different Pakistani area people is that in Punjab till to the end of "1970" if some one had just once said and define OR explain R given order to the population of Pakistani Punjab then they understood that and against that if the same phrasing or order were been said and define and explain to the people of "KPK" then it was necessary to give that order "Seven time" to them then few of them had understood and were ready to act on it but against that on that if the same order OR phrasing were been given to the peoples of Sindh then they had understood that after "Fifth time" and people of Baluchistan had understood the same order never and had always resisted,----------------------------------------------------------------------but -------------------------------------------------------------------Now in 2024 if we said any phrasing OR give Order to the people of KPK just once then they understand it and are ready to act on it and this change is in them because of long years war of Afghanistan and Afghan migration problems and loss of job and low earning for KPK people because of Afghan and their Terrorism in KPK but against that the same Pakistani Punjab which understood every said phrasing just on one explaining Or Order now today the people and Punjab government understand that when it was said and explain OR order Twice to them and Today people of Sindh understand every said phrasing and ORDER if it is said or given them "Third to Fifth time" but against this the Provincial government of Baluchistan and and its population "try to understand" said phrasing OR order if it is been said or given as order to them "More then Five time". Through that the "Perceptive and Comprehensive IQ" of every provincial government and there Parliaments and population can be judge and in that the worst parliamentary and Constitutional Judiciary dilemma of Pakistan is that A person is being appointed as "PM" who is from Baluchistan and even don't have legal and constitutional right to represent Pakistan in any sense unless "Baluchistan" is not been legalized in the "Federative unit" of Pakistan with the regularized Legitimacy of Pakistani "Federative Constitution" but a person of Baluchistan is being appointed as "Interim Prime Minister" which job is even more difficult then the legal constitutional job of A Supreme court Chief Justice. So in that the worst dilemma of Pakistani Supreme court and so called Pakistani constitutional Experts and Chief justice himself is that "Non of them" understand the meaning of this Doctrine Phrasing THAT "Justice Issa can't call Moses for his evidence in Supreme court and in any legal constitutional comprehension of Constitution" but still he the "Chief Justice of Supreme court".
