When I was playing in challenge mode, there was a challenge where you had to make a stair climbing vehicle, and you've got pistons, bearings, 5 logic gates, a couple of sensors and a bunch of buttons/switches. I decided to make a fully automatic vehicle that would go up when there's a step in front, and I tried many designs, but I always ran out of logic gates. For a moment I thought it wasn't doable, but in the end I did manage to do it, and I was so proud, it worked so well, and it had only 5 logic gates!

Dapper has discovered the joys of falling through the ground!

Dapper just needs a wider vehicle, he always makes them so skinny xD

I feel it would've been more interesting no thrusters no glitches

I would've built a car that using pistons extends and touches multiple stairs so it can you drive strait up

I'd make a 6 wheeled car using sensors to automatically raise every segment so all you have to do is drive. Or I'd make Hopper's car but with a bearing in the middle to bend the car.

Next time you do something like this. You should make the stairs bigger the further up it goes, to spice it up a little

Dappers first round is the literal definition of tripping up the stairs

Honestly with no size restrictions in place I think I would try a large square frame that just rolls onto each new step

It's really cool to see kAN building these and comparing them to Dapper's. Shows improvement and just really cool things in general.

for the redemption round, I would love to see you try to improve dapper's design and use that against dapper's improved vehicle and use that to see who is more pro

Is it possible to make a giant wheel like in the piston car episode but with thruster to be able to drive on a wall. It would go upstairs super fast

It would be neat if kAN and Dapper made a nvp that was in survival, that way Dapper could actually get some clothes.

Great challenge I like it :D it will be nice to see the same one but you need to build wehicle and race it down below the stairs. I mean, something like up thrust to stick the wheels on the stairs. You can choose direction as well, top to bottom or opposite, bottom to top will be interesting. So it needs to be the wehicle that sticks below the stairs but is oriented correctly (by gravity) you know what I mean :D

Hey kAN, I have a build suggestion from my robotics competition days, first, Love the vids! Replace any quoted words with whatever usable things you can in game. So the challenge is to build a "Robot" that can do the job of a firefighter, the "Robot" had to complete three things the best it could. First, needs to be able to launch/shoot "Ping pong balls" to knock over high up "Stacked Red Cups" that represented fire, Second Be able to carry/drag a "dummy" that represented a unconscious person, Third, the "Robot" needs to navigate a mess in the arena to complete the other challenges.

Doe's Kan stream anymore i havent seen him streaming in like a year

Climb from the reverse side of the staircase like from below the staircase. That would be a fun challenge cause you don't have gravity to help.

i wouldave tried to make one of those tri wheel configs that people use for stair climbing robots. or just make the wheels spaced right to just drive up diagonally.

It's like a meatball that falls up the stairs and I love it

You could make a mass asist like in AK-107. So when you pull whells up, it doesn't pull your vehicle down (because you pull equal mass down).

I like to see Dapper flopping up the steps

Give dapper a dark matter truster

If dapper made a big square with wheels and thrusters that would push him the direction he needs to go no matter how he is flipped and then also have a motor that drives the wheels to help climb the wall and then also use slightly bigger tires it may would . I dont really know I dont play the game don't have a PC, but in theory it should work . Like a wall climber that's square with wheels all the way around it .

If you added a delay before the problematic steps you might have been able to use a sped up controller. Or you could do the steps manually (that might be inconsistant though).

You should have interrupted the process every two steps just long enough to realign. That would have saved the twice as fast version.

Challenge idea: Blimp dogfight i thank this is a good idea

U should do lawn mower pro vs noob and get card bord and only us 1 saw on each side an mowe timmy's lawn

I would like to see the forklift challenge, that you mentioned kan. But you need to make it a rule rear wheel steering only. None of this 4 wheel or front wheel steering ive seen in previous forklift challenges🙄😔 ( its offensive to forklifts 😆) the challenge should be carrying a pallet through a tight course, then loading onto a rack at the end. Who can do 4 ( or how ever many) pallets in the quickest time or something. Maybe line the course with sensors on a 1 block range ( make the course a width of say, 10 blocks but you only have an 8 block clearance, or how ever big you make the forklifts) connected to a light, if you activate a sensor you add 1 second to your overall time as a penalty. Maybe this could be a multiplayer and/or noob vs pro.

Dapper= good enough maybe Kan = must work perfect and look the best

You should make an automated vehicle for the next challenge, as a third opponent
