My 10 year old son and I love watching your trapping videos we started trapping this year we only got 2 rats but was limited on places to trap and we got started late. I wish we had muskrat huts here. We just have runs to look for. Keep up the great videos trapper J

I like the hole idea of all action. Then it just gives you more matiral to make a how too set or the general role on how too set different traps 👍😉 Right on cuz

@@TrapperJOutdoors, Yes that will definitely make it tougher for you, for sure. I had lots of rats this spring so I am anticipating a large population this fall.

Are they worth much $?

So do they eat muskrat in Missouri like we do on the East Coast myself I like saltwater rats never cared much for freshwater rats

Bought me some 110’s we have warm weather right now in upstate NY. Found a hut. Gotta go investigate. That little Orange stake have a name? You buy or make? Thank you sir!

Victor L. Fazio III you can buy them at fnt post but I use wood stakes now just rip a2x4 into 5/8 strips so they just slide thru the eye of the spring

Make sure your 5ft away from a muskrat hut or den. NYS regulation.

Hey since you are great at trapping can you contact Stoney Ridge Farmers channel . He has what he believes are muskrats doing some serious damage to his ponds . Hope you can help him .

Cages work so much better in runs, lot more catch at once
