i didn't understand movie

So correct me if I'm wrong, It's Christmas eve 2008 at the Mexican border with 10 passengers & the driver going on a coach trip to Las Vegas and nobody has got a cell phone with them to text or call the cops for help? Unbelievable!

@@HendrikTibboel-pt5kw Oh OK, thanks for confirming, yes signal loss does explain that but since 2001 all public coach companies & freight fleets have a seperate radio frequency & emergency alert code system tracker that alerts for faults & breakdowns etc. I.E. Similar to an airplane responder, a satellite would pick it up.
