I only built up my spice tolerance when i started living in SG, can’t live without chili sauce now. But between soy garlic or hot chicken from 4fingers I would still prefer soy garlic hahaha

Same or even a double mcspicy

used to carry around and add chilli padi to every single one of my dishes (even takeaways) and this permanently altered my body's tolerance to spicy food. I mean eating spicy food is no problem AT ALL, but the aftermath ain't pretty.

As a spicy food lover, I love watching people dying because of spiciness lol. I don't have that high of spice tolerance (it's always level 1 of any foods that has levels) but I actually enjoyed spicy foods. Unfortunately my stomach doesn't agree. I absolutely doesn't like straight up chili though. It has no flavor. Just heat. My favorite way of eating spicy foods is in form of soup/instant noodle. It could be really spicy and I would still enjoy it (even though I'm dying)

I would have to say that it is rather rare I hear of an Indian not being able to take spice. Like even chili sauce. Yes, it is a stereotype but Indian cuisines are generally known for the amount of spices. 🤭😅
